Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Be well groomed and practice good personal hygiene
- Communicate clearly with managers and kitchen staff
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work standing for long periods up to 8 hours
- Understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Safely handle kitchen utensils and food preparation tools

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and National School Lunch (NSL) guidelines
- Assist in developing daily meal rotation menus
- Prepare and deliver meals on time per guidelines of NSL
- Maintain food storage and preparation areas per standards
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all times
- Help supervise accurate meal count documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
