Job Duties

  • handle and prepare food in accordance with sanitation regulations and infection control policies
  • maintain high standards of quality preparation and portion control using standardized recipes
  • work proficiently in dish room, patient trays, food preparation, and stocking
  • cook, bake, do prep work or make salads as assigned
  • maintain professional, courteous relationships with all staff
  • adapt to and sustain a culture of continuous improvement
  • perform other duties as assigned
