Job Duties
- handle and prepare food in accordance with sanitation regulations and infection control policies
- maintain high standards of quality preparation and portion control using standardized recipes
- work proficiently in dish room, patient trays, food preparation, and stocking
- cook, bake, do prep work or make salads as assigned
- maintain professional, courteous relationships with all staff
- adapt to and sustain a culture of continuous improvement
- perform other duties as assigned
