Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a written test at the eighth-grade level
- One year of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in large-scale food preparation and serving
- Must furnish an approved food handler's certificate within seven days after appointment
- Detailed work history must be provided
- Ability to work full-time
- Willingness to perform assigned duties including paperwork and equipment maintenance
- Must comply with inspection and nutrition program requirements
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare three meals and snacks per day for residents
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all food service equipment
- Follow mandated menus including special diets
- Assist with paperwork for inspections and nutrition programs
- Order, receive, store, and manage accountability of food service items
- Maintain daily and weekly logs according to policy
- Ensure timely delivery of meals to residents
