Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months meat slicing experience in a full-service restaurant
  • able to handle and operate safely microwave, knives, steam table, gas range, convection ovens, meat and bread slicers, check printer, kitchen display system and scales
  • part-time availability including day, night, and weekend shifts
  • ability to work in person at the downtown Lake Worth location

Job Duties

  • Prepare classic New York deli recipes with speed and efficiency
  • operate kitchen equipment safely including knives, slicers, ovens, and steam tables
  • slice meats accurately and consistently in line with quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli and kitchen areas
  • collaborate with team members to meet food preparation and service goals
  • adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
