Job Requirements
- Must have experience demonstrating knowledge of a full range of food preparation techniques
- must have experience using commercial food service tools and equipment
- must have knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
- must have basic math skills to modify recipes and determine portion sizes
- must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- resumes must be two pages or less

Job Duties
- Develop and revise standardized recipes
- coordinate cooking in large quantities using complex recipes and varied cooking methods
- prepare foods for special or modified diets including diabetic exchanges, low sodium, and food allergies
- instruct lower-level cooks
- use various commercial food service tools and equipment
- maintain cleaning and sanitation practices
- apply basic math skills to modify recipes and determine portion sizes
