Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Working knowledge of food and beverage industry back of house operations
- Ability to manage responsibilities in a high-demand, fast-paced working environment
- Ability to operate all equipment in the kitchen
- Understanding of food properties and cooking methods
- Able to follow detailed recipes and verbal instructions
- Ability to maintain a Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques
- Know and comply consistently with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service for our guests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and management to maintain effective product flow
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Open and close the kitchen stations properly, assist others and follow checklists
- Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
- Embrace and fulfill the core values and culture of Cutwater Spirits
- Other duties as assigned
