Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
  • Must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours at a time
  • Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • Sense of urgency
  • Passion to serve the best quality of food to guests

Job Duties

  • Assigned prep work
  • Setting up cook's station
  • Maintaining product presentations
  • Product quality
  • Cook time standards
  • Preparing all menu items according to Craft Republic recipes, plate presentations and specifications
  • Set-up of equipment, verification of stock, cleaning of cooking equipment, preparing food items to specification, maintaining a clean work area
