Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to approximately 35 pounds to waist height

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in culinary food preparation or cooking preferred
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written food recipes and production orders
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Produce, prepare and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering items as directed by the Chef Manager
- Set up station prior to service with necessary equipment and food
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following health, safety and food handling regulations
- Provide courteous customer service at all times
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries
- Adhere to client and company protocols related to workplace safety and sanitation
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the supervisor
