- Comprehension of verbal and written food recipes and instructions
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 35 lbs to waist height

- Ability to receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate, and stow deliveries

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written food recipes and production orders
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen safety
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve various food items including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering dishes
- Set up stations prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Provide courteous customer service at all times
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate, and stow deliveries
- Follow all verbal and written instructions regarding menu production and recipe methods
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
