Job Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written food preparation instructions
- Compliance with health and safety regulations regarding equipment use and personal hygiene
- Capacity to stand for long durations
- Able to lift and move items weighing approximately 35 lbs to waist height
- Willingness to adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols
- Availability to work Monday - Friday with no nights or weekends
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a similar cooking or food preparation role advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written food recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Positive attitude and cooperative team player
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 35 lbs
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and serve foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, and catering items as directed by the Chef Manager
- Set up the cooking station prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following supervisor instructions and health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Provide courteous customer service at all times
- Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate, and stow deliveries
- Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
