- Experience in food services as a Cook
- Reliable transportation
- Food handlers certificate preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days

- Experience in food services serving as a Cook
- Food handlers certificate preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Ability to serve guests needs with a high sense of urgency
- Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the public
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions
- Ability to prepare/serve food and drinks following Health Department Standards
- Ability and flexibility in working varied shifts
- Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team
- Must have good written and verbal skills
- Must have good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Job Duties
- Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order or kept warm until ordered and sold
- Operates kitchen equipment including oven, pizza oven, warmers, coffee/tea brewers, microwave, ice maker, etc
- Prepares, cuts, cleans food to be cooked
- Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions
- Verifies the quality and quantity of all orders
- Supports dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs of guests
- Restocks products in the concessions area and performs food preparation
