Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical capability to handle kitchen tasks including lifting and moving supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Uphold the Velvet Taco vibe by fostering a positive and energetic work environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
