Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year experience in a full-service kitchen
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
Must comply with health and safety regulations
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
Ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation instructions
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
Adhering to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
