Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum of 1 year of experience operating in a full-service kitchen
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • adhering to On The Border safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
  • completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • following all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
