- Adhering to OTB safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
- Completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Following all food handling and safety guidelines
- Assisting with inventory management and receiving deliveries
