Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of 1 year experience in a full-service kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Preparing high quality food to On The Border specifications
- adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- communicating cook times and potential issues with managers and team members
- completing assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- assisting in inventory management
- supporting team members during service rushes
