Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide quick and friendly service to customers
- Work well as part of a team and assist crewmembers
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace
- Align with Raising Cane's culture of working hard and having fun
- Take initiative and comply with company policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping and ascending stairs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety practices
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook chicken fingers and related menu items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in receiving and storing food inventory properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand
- Participate in training and skill development sessions
