Job Duties
- plan food preparation and cooking operations in the Central Kitchen
- organize kitchen activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
- coordinate food production schedules
- ensure all food items meet USDA nutritional guidelines under the National School Lunch Program
- participate actively in food preparation and kitchen duties
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- assist the Child Nutrition Supervisor as needed
