Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast pace and high volume environment
- Must tolerate areas with secondhand smoke, high noise levels, dancing and bright lights
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie Cook in upscale and high-volume nightclubs or lounges
- At least 2 years experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels or events
- Proficient knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Experience in purchasing and food plating techniques
- Good communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
- Ensure safe food handling and kitchen safety practices
- Participate in purchasing and inventory management
- Assist in plating and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Adapt to fast-paced and high-volume work environment
