Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day back-of-house operations ensuring smooth kitchen workflow
  • Develop refine and execute a creative high-quality menu aligned with Carousel brand standards
  • Train motivate and supervise kitchen staff to maintain strong performance and teamwork
  • Maintain exceptional standards for food presentation taste and consistency
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Oversee ordering inventory control vendor management and cost management
  • Monitor food cost portion control waste reduction and profitability
  • Create prep lists standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
  • Collaborate with ownership and management on menu strategy promotions and events
  • Support special events game days nightlife events and high-volume nights
