Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ServSafe certification or must be acquired within 90 days of start date
- Basic math skills and comfortable using Microsoft applications
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexible days and early evenings schedule
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Vocational, technical training, education, or degree preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Cooking experience in a similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- Handle and prepare food in a safe manner following policies and infection control and safety standards
- Ensure timely production and meal service is provided to residents
- Set up line service
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after each use
- Assist with special events
- Assist Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed
