Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year closely related cooking experience
- Food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in hot environments
- Ability to handle sharp knives and kitchen utensils
- Availability to work varied shifts at Fort Lauderdale Airport location
Job Qualifications

- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare cooked foods including all station functions of fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and egg cooking
- Communicate ticket times and potential problems to management and servers
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
- Taste products and estimate food requirements for production planning
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards
- Operate kitchen equipment and handle food preparation tasks such as measuring and mixing ingredients
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
- Perform other duties as assigned
