Job Requirements
- Food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- Minimum one year of cooking experience
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for duration of shifts
- Ability to work in hot environments
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of closely related cooking experience
- Food preparation skills with knowledge of HACCP standards
- Experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Capacity to work comfortably in a team environment
- Knowledge of food items including soups, saute, broiler, fry, and pantry
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare cooked foods according to recipes and product directions
- Perform all station functions including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs
- Communicate ticket times and potential issues to management and servers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Adhere to excellent food safety and HACCP standards
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products
