- ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods

- knowledge of sauces, soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry food preparation

- preferred supervisory or lead experience
Job Duties
- prepare cooked foods at various stations including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and eggs
- communicate ticket times and potential issues to management and servers
- follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
- clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
- practice food safety and sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards
- operate kitchen equipment and handle ingredients
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products
- perform other assigned duties as directed
