Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma
- Experience in culinary arts or food service
- Knowledge of volume food preparation
- Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment
- Commitment to sanitation and safety standards
- Availability to work full-time day shifts including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Ability to read and follow recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors
- Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants
- Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events
- Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required
- Follow established safety regulations including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety
- Clean as you work maintaining the highest sanitation standards
- Read and follow recipes accurately
