Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma
- experience in culinary arts or food service
- knowledge of volume food preparation
- knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment
- willingness to work full-time day shifts including every other weekend and rotating holidays
- ability to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
- ability to read and follow recipes
- comfortable with short-order scratch cooking

Job Duties
- Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors
- assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants
- work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events
- maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required
- follow established safety regulations including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety
- ensure cleaning as they work maintaining highest sanitation standards
- read and follow recipes accurately
