Job Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Proven knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
- An upbeat and friendly attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare food for service using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
- Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Restock and/or break down workstation at the conclusion of the shift
- Assist in controlling product costs by ensuring the proper management of product waste
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Work with speed and efficiency displaying the ability to multi-task and maintain organizational structure
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
