Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of PPE as per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of seasonal and local ingredients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and kitchen technology

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh and local ingredients
  • Ensure timely execution of dishes while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Interact positively with residents and guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Follow established recipes and seasonal menu guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills
