Job Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform intermediate cooking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt under pressure
- Minimum 1+ years culinary experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Perform all intermediate cooking skills
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight

- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as well as AM and PM shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook banquet menu items according to established recipes and specifications
- Manage multiple cooking stations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure food presentation meets Hyatt’s high standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate banquet service
- Adapt to changing demands and prioritize tasks during peak service times
- Monitor inventory and notify supervisors of stock needs
