Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass a drug test
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food service or restaurant kitchen preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to learn and advance within the company

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
  • Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all food is stored and handled safely to prevent contamination
  • Support team members and communicate effectively during shifts
  • Follow all safety and health regulations
