Job Duties
- Designing and improving recipes
- measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, and heat sources
- decorating and displaying finished products
- testing ingredients and finished goods to meet food safety and quality controls
- greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
- taking client information and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
- cleaning and restocking workstations and sanitizing equipment
- understanding and complying with all safety regulations and rules
- training others on product, decorating, and quality of product
