Job Duties
- review menus and assemble food supplies and equipment for daily food production following manager's instructions
- follow recipe and production methods to prepare assigned menu items
- complete daily production records as required
- observe and test food being prepared by tasting, smelling, and temperature checking to ensure compliance with recipes
- label, date, and properly store leftovers
