Job Duties
- create excellent guest experience through proper preparation of food recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- perform prep work and serve as a line cook
- work closely with the chef to meet kitchen expectations
- ensure food is cooked and presented according to quality standards
- manage multiple cooking stations including line, sauté, grill, and fry
- adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
