Job Requirements

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Prepare workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and procedures
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to the kitchen manager
Follow health and safety guidelines
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and utensils
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
