Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in full service cooking preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items to company standards and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with food prep and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Monitor food inventory and help with ordering supplies
  • Work efficiently and quickly in a busy kitchen environment
