Job Requirements

  • Able to follow a recipe and have basic cooking skills
  • Willing to learn and follow safety, preparation, and sanitation standards
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening
  • Able to pass physical examination for employment
  • Previous food service experience
  • Ability to adhere to infection control and safety regulations
  • Ability to work part-time day shift (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM)

Job Qualifications

  • Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening
  • Able to pass physical examination for gainful employment
  • Satisfactorily pass required orientation and training
  • Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Previous experience in food service
  • Basic cooking skills
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Able to work with a dedicated team and help direct others
  • Neat in appearance and professional behavior

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals and nourishments using standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets
  • Adhere to regulations and company policies regarding diets, food preparation standards, and infection control
  • Provide oversight to dietary aide position during your shift
  • Receive and inspect food deliveries for accuracy and quality
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Follow safety, preparation, and sanitation protocols
  • Assist in team collaboration and communication
