Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one year experience assisting with food preparation, inventory, and purchasing in educational or institutional programs preferred
  • effective communication skills with children, parents, and staff
  • education equivalency evaluation if education was obtained outside the USA

Job Duties

  • assist with food preparation
  • assist with food service and clean-up activities

  • actively supervise children by sight and sound
  • maintain health and safety regulations
  • facilitate health practices in all child environments
