Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Certified Food Manager Certification required or scheduled for training
- At least 18 years old
- One year relevant experience or education in food production
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills desired
- Available for occasional night and weekend work
- Possess reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
- Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in close quarters and in moderate to loud noise environment
Job Qualifications

- Certified Food Manager Certification
- At least 18 years old
- Strong knowledge of large-scale food production
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise production and preparation of meals in compliance with USDA and state guidelines
- Maintain food service sanitation standards
- Prepare menus using standardized recipes
- Order food supplies and maintain inventory
- Ensure food temperatures meet USDA standards
- Complete required USDA and CACFP documentation and reports
- Promote parent engagement activities
