- able to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certifications as required by Lake County Health Department regulations
- physical ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs

- flexibility in bending and reaching
- adaptability to casino conditions including bright lights and noise
- bilingual is a plus

Job Duties
- execute daily prep and service with precision and consistency in an Asian and Latin American cuisine-focused environment
- prepare a variety of Asian dishes such as stir-fries and noodle-based dishes
- adhere to Asian cooking techniques including wok cooking, steaming, and braising
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- participate in line checks and support daily sanitation efforts
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials
