Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred
  • ability to utilize traditional Asian cooking equipment such as woks
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • physical ability to lift 25-30 lbs and stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work in a noisy, brightly lit environment
  • able to obtain necessary food handlers and gaming licenses
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of cooking experience
  • knowledge of wok and Asian cooking equipment
  • familiar with health and sanitation standards
  • proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills
  • understanding of food preparation and presentation
  • able to work collaboratively in a kitchen team
  • passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Duties

  • execute daily prep for Asian and Latin American dishes under chef supervision
  • prepare stir-fries, noodle dishes, and other menu items using traditional Asian cooking techniques
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
  • participate in line checks and support sanitation efforts
  • follow all health and safety regulations
  • assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials
  • ensure ingredient quality and proper food handling
