Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred
- ability to utilize traditional Asian cooking equipment such as woks
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- physical ability to lift 25-30 lbs and stand for long periods
- flexibility to work in a noisy, brightly lit environment
- able to obtain necessary food handlers and gaming licenses
- bilingual skills a plus

- knowledge of wok and Asian cooking equipment
- familiar with health and sanitation standards
- proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills

Job Duties
- execute daily prep for Asian and Latin American dishes under chef supervision
- prepare stir-fries, noodle dishes, and other menu items using traditional Asian cooking techniques
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- participate in line checks and support sanitation efforts
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist in educating front-of-house staff on daily specials
- ensure ingredient quality and proper food handling
