Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of cooking experience
  • ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • able to follow safety protocols
  • must adhere to dress code
  • availability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • must comply with HSEQ policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
  • ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment including slicer, large mixer, food processors, blenders, and chopper
  • understanding of food safety guidelines and HACCP
  • good communication skills
  • team player attitude

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and breaks
  • always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
  • utilize food preparation procedures following federal, state, and local guidelines
  • demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by work assignment
  • execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed by production sheets and chefs
  • clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to ISS/Guckenheimer and regulatory rules
  • notify management about ingredient discrepancies, equipment safety, or other issues requiring attention
  • attend all daily meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
