Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- At least 21 years of age
- Active food handler's certification or ability to obtain it
- 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Check with leadership for daily objectives
- Support in setting up any a la carte stations required for mealtimes
- Produce dishes in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef
- Prep, clean, and organize workstation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
- Perform banquet, kitchen line, and prep functions as directed by the Executive Chef, Hotel Chef and Sous Chefs
- Complete mise en place before start of service
- Include other duties as assigned
