Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
- POS user experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Current Food Handler’s Certificate
- Current ServSafe Manager’s Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days

Job Duties
- Prepare meals for residents guests and associates ensuring high quality seasonally prepared dishes
- Maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and food preparation areas
- Use point of sale (POS) systems accurately for order processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety standards including proper storage and handling
- Assist in inventory management and kitchen supply organization
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
