Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality and food service provider known for delivering top-quality experiences in various iconic locations. Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Cooks to join their team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Allianz Field is the state-of-the-art home of Major League Soccer's Minnesota United, a 19,400-seat stadium featuring multiple clubs, suites, concession outlets, and a large brew pub that stretches across the width of the field. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures take directions and work in a team environment
  • Basic math skills to understand calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • At least 1 year of experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
  • Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean organized and sufficiently stocked
