- Preparing beautiful, flavorful meals that brighten residents' day
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency, quality, and safety
- Keeping the kitchen sparkling and equipment in top shape
- Supporting dishwashing and sanitation processes
- Collaborating with the Dining Services Director and Lead Cook
- Delivering meals with pride, heart, and professionalism
- Being a friendly, service-focused presence in the community
