Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Must comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Ability to execute dishes flawlessly and in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Passion for service and hospitality
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items from scratch using high-quality local ingredients
  • Ensure prompt and efficient execution of dishes maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Interact positively with residents and guests to build personal connections
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines rigorously
  • Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed
  • Participate in continuous learning and improvement of culinary techniques
