Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • must pass a background check
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
  • occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water
  • willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • previous experience in food preparation, beverage service, or as a line cook preferred
  • ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prep ingredients and set up cooking stations according to standard operating procedures
  • assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications
  • cook guest orders quickly and efficiently while collaborating with back-of-house team
  • follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
  • clean, sanitize, and maintain cooking stations throughout the shift
  • restock supplies as needed
  • use and maintain equipment properly
  • assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • attend required meetings and trainings
  • work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
