Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work in a team environment
- must pass a background check
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
- occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water
- willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food preparation, beverage service, or as a line cook preferred

Job Duties
- Prep ingredients and set up cooking stations according to standard operating procedures
- assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications
- cook guest orders quickly and efficiently while collaborating with back-of-house team
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
- clean, sanitize, and maintain cooking stations throughout the shift
- restock supplies as needed
- use and maintain equipment properly
- assist with cleaning and organizing kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- follow company policies and procedures
- attend required meetings and trainings
- work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
