Job Requirements

  • At least one-year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Adequate culinary and knife skills
  • Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
  • Familiarity with all kitchen equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Current Serve Safe food handlers permit
