Job Requirements
- At least one-year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
- High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adequate culinary and knife skills
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
- Familiarity with all kitchen equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Current Serve Safe food handlers permit
