Job Requirements

At least one-year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
Ability to work in a team environment
Adequate culinary and knife skills
Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
Familiarity with all kitchen equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to pass criminal background check
Current Serve Safe food handlers permit

Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to meet service time schedules
