Job Requirements
- At least one-year experience in banquet cooking
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet production/service time schedules
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Adequate culinary and knife skills
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
- Familiar with kitchen equipment
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must possess current Serve Safe food handler's permit
Job Qualifications

- Ability to adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions
- Familiarity with all kitchen equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Current Serve Safe food handlers permit
Job Duties
- Work in the main kitchen preparing food items for the facility
- Fulfill service according to each Banquet Event Order (BEO)
- Design creative buffet food presentations
- Prepare recipes as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and annual maintenance of all kitchen equipment
- Maintain clean and safe working environment
- Occasionally cook in concession stands
