Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time including some weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move objects up to 35 pounds to waist height
  • Adherence to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation protocols
  • Willingness to follow company and client protocols
  • Must be able to clean and sanitize kitchen areas
  • Ability to respond to supervisor directions and adaptability to perform other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Produce, prepare, cook and serve foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering
  • Observe and follow all verbal and written instructions related to menu production, recipe methods, cooking techniques and food presentation
  • Set up work stations prior to service with necessary equipment and food
  • Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with health, safety and food handling regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including equipment use and personal hygiene
